Meet Your Movers in Wilmington NC
Danny, co-owner of College Movers Wilmington NC, recently graduated with a Bachelor’s in management from Clemson University in December 2019. While at Clemson University, he was a 2x All-American wrestler for the Clemson wrestling team while also managing a start-up moving company in the Clemson area. Because of his passion for leading and helping others, Danny partnered with Collin to start their own moving company in Wilmington NC. When he is not working, you can find him playing sand volleyball, tennis or any other pick up sport at a local park or beach.
Collin, co-owner of College Movers Wilmington NC, comes born and raised from Racine, Wisconsin on the coast of Lake Michigan. He graduated from Coe College in May 2019 with a degree in physics, which explains his knack for packing and moving so effectively! He started a moving company in Iowa while in school that eventually turned into College Movers. He decided to partner with long-time friend Danny and start a location of the moving company in Wilmington NC, and the rest is history. When he’s not running the business, you can find him running, biking, and swimming — after all he does have triathlons to train for.
Meet Jon! Jon is originally from San Antonio, Texas and is currently enrolled at UNCW. He is majoring in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Spanish. He is a member of the UNCW Track & Field Team as a thrower — specializing in javelin and discus. During moves, Jon is great at communicating with customers and using his degrees to help coordinate different movers working together. Upon graduating, Jon would like to utilize his dual degrees and work in international politics.
Meet Owen! Owen is originally from New Hampshire. He moved to Wilmington NC to attend UNCW. He is currently a sophomore studying physical education and is also an active member of the university’s track and field team. While on the field, you’ll find him practicing his long jump, high jump, and triple jump, but in the classroom, he dedicates himself to learning how to become a teacher. After graduating, Owen would like to jump right into the workforce as a PE teacher at an elementary school working with kids to improve their own physical fitness.
Meet Mike! Mike is from New Jersey and is a sophomore at UNCW. Majoring in Biology with a minor in Spanish, Mike does has a lot on his plate. That being said, he still makes time between moving and studying to do what he loves: hang out with friends and go to the gym.
Meet Mason! Mason is originally from Burlington, North Carolina. He is currently enrolled as a sophomore at UNCW. His major is business finance. During his downtime he likes to play golf, go to the gym, and fish. After college he hopes to acquire a job at a well known firm or even potentially start his own business!
Meet Jake! Jake is a sophomore in college and plans on majoring in business economics. He enjoys watching and playing sports in his free time and plans on working and eventually taking over his father’s masonry business after college. Because Jake is always hustling, he also plans on getting into into real estate as well.
Meet Chandon! Chandon is currently a sophomore at UNCW. His current major is business with a concentration in finance. Outside of school and work he enjoys any activity outside — wether it be golfing, hiking, or going to the beach!
